Our Lusaka residential programme offers short-term treatment of less than 90 days and long-term care of more than 90 days. It may follow or run concurrently with medical detoxification and stabilization, or provide a step up from outpatient care.
Recovery is more than stopping substance use. Our extended care model helps clients identify and overcome the underlying causes of drug dependence through psychological interventions, social development and daily living skills.
Gardening, cleaning and other shared daily activities form part of green care therapy. Reintegration and aftercare support the transition back to everyday life. Our programmes adapt international treatment standards to the local context.
